If you’re a business owner considering a sale to a known potential buyer, it’s important that you protect yourself and improve the possibility that the sale will be successful.

The help of a qualified Business Intermediary is essential. Many times, the buyer ultimately does not submit a serious offer. The process also suffers from not understanding how to structure an acceptable deal to both parties.
We serve as the Business Intermediary who coordinates the communications and provides guidance to oversee each step of the process.
